On behalf of an international media company PAsearch is looking for a Personal Assistant.
Job description
He or she works as a PA for the general manager and supports the members of the Management Team. Is the first point of contact for the manager with people both inside and outside the organization. The PA organizes diaries and makes appointments.
Screens telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handles them appropriately. Deals with incoming email, faxes and post, corresponding on behalf of the Management. He or she arranges travel and accommodation arrangements for all employees and management. Organizes events and meetings, writes minutes and ensures management is well-prepared for meetings. Takes care of financial administration for management and office supplies.
Required
Candidates should have a secretarial education and a minimum of six years experience in a similar position. The PA we are looking for has good oral and writing skills in Dutch and English and proficiency in Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook. He or she is proactive, stress resistant and a strong organizer. The ideal candidate is flexible, hands on and independent and last but not least has a good sense of humor!
