For PepsiCo Nordics pzSearch is looking for a remote office manager (interim) for 3 months and 32-40 hours per week. Hourly rate: max. 50,- euro (excluding VAT and including other travel and expenses).
The office manager’s primary responsibility is to manage the day to day administration of our Nordics offices, including facilities and on-site meeting room equipment/IT functionality. The primary focus will be on the Copenhagen office, where the jobholder will be based. This includes amongst others to secure spotless office environment, ordering office supplies and PepsiCo products for office usage, liaise with external contacts concerning the Nordics offices. Part of the responsibilities will also include to support employees with office queries. Furthermore the office manager will lead the PO creation, vendor management for the Nordics related to our offices.
You have previous Office Manager experience, preferably in an international work environment and have the ability to support meetings & presentations through technical solutions (Zoom). You are used to work with high integrity and confidentiality and are fluent in English verbal and written. Furthermore you have experience with arranging travel for manager/executives and basic understanding of facilities requirements in a professional office environment. You have basic computer skills on Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, great attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to constantly changing environment.
A temporary assignment is offered for three months with possible extension. 32-40 hours per week. Start: March 28 till June 28, 2022. Hourly rate: max. 50,- euro (excluding VAT and including other travel and expenses).
